Richa Chadda is an Indian film and theatre actress. She has started her journey as one of the contestants of Gladrags Megamodel 2008. She has established herself as a prominent actress in the Bollywood. She was seen in the flick Sarbjit which starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda in the lead roles. She will soon be seen in the upcoming movie Cabaret.
Richa Chadda was born on 28 December 1988 and brought up in Delhi. After completing her schooling from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, she graduated with a bachelors in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. Richa later went on to get a PG Diploma in Social Communications Media from Sophia Polytechnic. She has participated in activities that contribute towards social change.

Richa Chadda is soon going to star in a web series called Powerplay. She will be seen playing a role a successful actress Preity Zinta, who owns a cricket team. The show revolves around the lines of Indian Premier League and the other technicalities of cricket. It will be aired on 16 October 2016.
Richa Chadda was born in Amritsar and brought up in Delhi. Her father is a Punjabi and mother is Bihari. Her father owns a management firm and her mother is a renowned professor at Delhi University. Earlier her father was a reader at the university, but he had to leave everything and start from scratch in Delhi.
Richa Chadda will soon be seen in Pooja Bhatt’s upcoming movie Cabaret opposite Gulshan Devaiah. The film also stars Deepak Tijori, Mukul Dev and cricketer Sreesanth in pivotal roles.
As per the reports, Richa Chadda was in a relationship with Franck Gastambide but the couple broke off. The duo found it difficult to manage their long distance relationship and thus it led to their breakup. Currently, she is single and not dating anyone.
Richa Chadda was equally interested in academics and cultural activities, which made her an all rounder in school. She began her career as a model and then she moved to theater. She performed plays all over India and Pakistan.
Later she was trained under Barry John. She made her debut in Bollywood with the movie Oye lucky lucky Oye as a character of dolly.
She was then casted by Anurag Kashyap for his movies Gangs of Wasseypur Part 1 and Gangs of Wasseypur Part 2 wherein she played the pivotal character of Nagma Khatoon in the narrative. In the movie, she matured from 16 to 60 years of age. The movie was premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2012.
